Duration: 2 days – maximum 4 participants Prerequisite:

  • Advanced training on programming ROBODRILL
  • Training take place on a FANUC ROBODRILL

Goals:

At the end of the course, participants will be able to measure tools and evaluate the variables in the CNC program appropriately and to process. Further components will be measured with a 3D button,  measuring programs are created and  relevant system variables processesd.

Extension level fourth axis ROBODRILL

Duration: 1 day – max. 4 participants Prerequisite:

  • Advanced Training programming ROBODRILL
  • It is trained on a FANUC ROBODRILL

Target group:

  • Programmer

Goals:

  • At the end of the course, participants will be able to integrate the fully functional 4th axis in a CNC program. In addition to pure positioning as well as the infeed axis, the 4-axis simultaneous method is programmed.

Extension level 2.5D construction with CAM (ZW3D)

Duration: 3 days – max. 4 participants Prerequisite:

  • Advanced Training Programming ROBODRILL
  • It is trained on a FANUC ROBODRILL

Target group:

Goals:

At the end of the course, participants will be able to create 2 and 2.5D contours by ZW3D incl. Milling strategies and be transferred to the CNC machine.
